Our Easy Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your LOCKA purchase! If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:
7-Day Return Window:
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused).
  • With all tags attached.In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return:

  •  If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, including a return shipping label.
  • Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello.locka@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (for approved returns):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello.locka@gmail.com.
Special Note for EU Customers:
If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
